RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the fit or style isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer a refund  within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Conditions for return:

  • Return the garment in its original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
  • Unworn, without odour or perfume.
  • Not damaged, altered, stained or marked in any way.
  • No returns if the ribbon is tampered with, stained or removed - it's yours to keep!

 

The conditions of return will be confirmed upon receipt of the return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return, if these conditions are not met. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the order confirmation email. We do not offer exchanges.

 

Before shipping an item back to us, please email a request authorisation from sales@misseva.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible. We have the right to refuse unauthorized returns sent back to us.

Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method. The amount issued will exclude all shipping costs, including custom duties, charges and/or taxes.

 

Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more.
